Earlier this week, a follow-up meeting was held by the development committee of the Care project.
The main objective of the meeting is to keep the Development Committee updated on the progress of the assigned activities since the last Development meeting and to follow up with the upcoming tasks and activities including our plans for the coming Zoom meeting in order to discuss the roles and responsibilities of each partner.
The management of the project at Al-Quds Open University discussed with the participants the travel process and asked them to send their travel reports with supporting documents via email. In this respect, the Package leaders should prepare the financial report by the 30th of September.
On the other hand, Dr. Eyad Abubaker from QOU added that the Field Training Manual is almost finalized with the participation of all PA partners.
From her side, Dr. Samar Abushamat from the RUC declared that the meeting shed the light on the progress of the planned activities, since the last meeting and presented a document to indicate the progress of the first technical training at Florence from 19-23/9/2022 and the rest of planned training which will take place in different places.
In conclusion, Maria from UoC is going to double-check the possibility of sharing the training materials and/or the extra readings for the subjects with the trainees before the training in October, based on the trainees’ suggestions.
