Al-Quds Open University and the Universal Learning System (ULS) which is based in Ireland, implemented a second technical training for the staff of the Erasmus+ project (Enhancing Early Childhood Education and Care in Palestine).
The main objective of this training is to improve the technical staff’s skills in the field of e-content development for courses taught through blended learning in the field of early childhood at Palestinian partner institutions.
Thirteen people from the four partner universities attended the training in person: Al-Quds Open University (team leader), Al-Umma University College in Jerusalem, Al-Rawdah University College in Nablus, besides Al-Aqsa University team in Gaza, who participated via Teams technology due to their inability to obtain the necessary travel authorizations to get to Ramallah.
The training which focused on various techniques for developing electronic content, such as articulate 360 was conducted by Dr. Alan BRUCE and Mr. Teemu Patala. It is worth noting that the project “Enhancing Early Childhood Education and Care in Palestine” is funded by the European Union/ Erasmus+ program and is led by Al-Quds Open University in collaboration with the Ministries of Education and Social Development, as well as three Palestinian universities (Al-Umma university College, Al-Rawdah University College, and Al-Aqsa University) and six other European universities and institutions.
