Within the CARE project activities, the Development Team at Al-Quds Open University (QOU) including Bayan Al-Shobaki, the project coordinator, and Dr. Eyad Abu Baker in addition to Ms. Samar Abu Shamat, the leader of WP2 at Al Rawda University College (RUC) headed two separate meetings on 13th September 2022 at the continuing education center at QOU in Ramallah to organize the implementation of the assigned activities and set the plans for the next Phase represented by Dr. Wafaa Ashour. The meeting discussed the selection criteria of the possible partner kindergartens in addition to signing a number of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with kindergartens. Moreover, the meeting set a plan for concluding the action plans of the National Strategy for Early Childhood Development and Intervention (2017-2022), which are of most need to be followed up.

On the other side, the second meeting was conducted via Zoom with Dr. Alan Bruce and Dr. Teemu Patala from the ULS, and Saba Farhaneh from QOU; to negotiate with ULS to fix the date of the technical training in Ramallah in January 2023 and to finalize the training plan in addition, to proceed with the Trainees- Evaluation.
